Orion Stars Backend Portal

The Orion Stars backend — also called the agent portal or management system — is the web-based interface that store operators, agents, and distributors use to run their gaming business. It is completely separate from the player app and is accessed through a standard web browser.

Core Functions

The backend gives operators a complete suite of business management tools. What you see depends on your account level — Store, Distributor, or Cashier — but all levels share a common set of core functions.

Player Management

Create new player accounts with assigned usernames and passwords. Reset forgotten passwords, unbind devices, suspend accounts, or permanently ban players who violate terms.

Credit Management

Add credits to player accounts when they buy in, remove credits when they cash out, and transfer credit balances between sub-accounts. Every transaction is logged with a timestamp and account ID.

Reporting

Generate shift reports, daily summaries, and historical transaction logs. Reports allow you to reconcile credits moved against cash collected or paid — essential for theft detection when cashiers are employed.

System Settings

Configure per-cashier credit limits, manage sub-account access levels, update your own security credentials, and review overall store configuration. Limit management is the primary fraud-prevention tool for multi-cashier operations.

The Account Hierarchy

The Orion Stars system uses a tiered hierarchy. Depending on your account level, you see different features and have different capabilities. Understanding where you sit in the hierarchy determines what you can and cannot do in the backend.

  • 1. Distributor / Super AgentThe wholesale level. Distributors purchase large credit pools and distribute them to the stores in their network. They have visibility across all sub-accounts and can create new Store accounts.
  • 2. Store / AgentThe most common entry level. Store operators deal directly with players — creating accounts, processing recharges and redemptions, and generating shift reports. Stores purchase credits from their distributor.
  • 3. Cashier (Optional Sub-Account)An employee account created and managed by a Store. Cashiers can process credit transactions within their configured limits but cannot create player accounts, access full reports, or modify store settings.
  • 4. PlayerEnd users of the game application. Players have no backend access. Their interaction is limited to the mobile or desktop game client.

Security Warning

Never share your backend login credentials with players. Always verify you are logging into the official portal URL (https://orionstars.vip:8781/default.aspx?639197874062456658). This website (OrionStarBackend.com) is an informational resource and will never ask you to enter your backend password here.

A Typical Operating Session

Most store operators follow the same rhythm every shift. Understanding this rhythm before you log in for the first time makes the backend feel far less unfamiliar.

The shift begins with a balance check. Log in, confirm your store's current credit balance, and make sure it matches what you expect based on your previous shift report. Any discrepancy at the start of a shift should be investigated before you accept a single transaction.

Throughout the shift, you alternate between two transaction types: recharges and redemptions. A recharge happens when a player pays you and you add the equivalent credits to their account. A redemption happens when a player has accumulated credits they want to cash out — you remove the credits from their account and pay them in the agreed format. Every transaction is logged instantly with a timestamp, your account ID, the player's ID, and the credit amount. This log is permanent.

The shift closes with a report. Navigate to the Reports section, set your time range to cover your operating period, and generate the shift report. The report shows total credits added, total credits removed, and the net credit movement. Subtract the net credit movement from your starting balance to verify your ending balance, then cross-check against the cash in your drawer or payment records. These two numbers must reconcile. If they do not, the transaction log shows you exactly which individual transaction caused the discrepancy.

Operators who run shift reports consistently, without exception, almost never experience unresolved accounting discrepancies. Operators who skip reports because they "know the numbers" frequently discover problems only after they have grown too large to trace.

Technical Access Requirements

The Orion Stars backend is a browser-based web application. No installation is required on your end. The entire interface runs inside your web browser, which means it works on any operating system that can run a modern browser.

  • Recommended browsers: Google Chrome and Safari provide the most consistent experience. Chrome is preferred for reporting screens, which involve tables that can render incorrectly in older browsers.
  • Mobile access: The backend is accessible from a mobile browser, but not optimized for it. The reporting and player management sections are designed for desktop screen widths. For routine credit transactions, mobile works adequately. For shift reports and account management, use a desktop or laptop.
  • Internet connection: All operations require an active internet connection. There is no offline mode. If your connection drops during a transaction, verify the transaction completed in the log before re-attempting it.
  • Session timeouts: The backend automatically logs you out after a period of inactivity. The exact timeout varies but is typically between 15 and 30 minutes. If you walk away from your computer without logging out, the session will close on its own—but logging out manually is still the correct practice on shared devices.

Getting Your First Backend Account

Every backend account must be provisioned by someone higher in the hierarchy. You cannot create a store or agent account by navigating to the portal and signing up—there is no self-registration. The account creation process requires your upline distributor to create the account manually and assign you credentials.

For new operators entering the Orion Stars platform, the process typically works like this: You contact a distributor (such as Titan Gaming Solutions), discuss your operational plan, and agree on an initial credit allocation. The distributor creates your Store account, assigns your Account Name, and provides a temporary password. You then log in, change your password immediately, and begin operations with your initial credit balance.

Once your account is live, you are responsible for its security. Your distributor can reset your password if you get locked out, but they cannot recover transactions processed under your account or reverse credits that have been paid out. Own your credentials, change them regularly, and never share them.

If you are currently a player looking to start your own operation, or an existing operator at the Store level exploring whether to upgrade to a Distributor account, contact our team. We can walk you through the account structures, credit rates, and what the transition from one level to the next looks like in practice.
