Download Orion Stars App

Installing on Android

  1. Tap the download button above from your Android device in Chrome browser.
  2. Accept the APK file download when prompted.
  3. Once downloaded, tap the file to open it.
  4. If your phone shows an "Install Blocked" warning, go to Settings → Apps → Special App Access → Install Unknown Apps, find Chrome, and enable "Allow from this source."
  5. Return to the downloaded file and tap Install.
  6. Open the app and log in with the Player ID and Password your agent provided.

Installing on iPhone or iPad

iOS installation requires Safari and an enterprise profile trust step. Other browsers will not work for this installation.

  1. Open the download link in Safari specifically. Copy the URL and paste it into Safari if needed.
  2. When Safari prompts you to allow a profile download, tap "Allow."
  3. Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management.
  4. Find the Orion Stars enterprise profile and tap "Trust", then confirm.
  5. Return to your home screen and open the Orion Stars app.
  6. Log in with your Player ID and Password.

If you see an "Untrusted Developer" error, repeat step 4 — the trust step was not saved correctly.

Installing on Windows PC

  1. Click the download button above from your Windows computer.
  2. Download the installer file (.exe or .zip).
  3. If a .zip file: right-click and select "Extract All," then open the extracted folder.
  4. Run the installer. If Windows Defender shows "Windows protected your PC," click "More info" then "Run anyway."
  5. Complete the installation and launch from the desktop shortcut.
  6. Log in with your Player ID and Password.

Moving to a New Device

If you already have an account and switched to a new phone or tablet:

  1. Log out of the app on your old device completely before installing on the new one. Accounts are limited to one active device.
  2. Download the app on your new device using the button above.
  3. Log in with your existing Player ID and Password. Your credits and account data are stored server-side and will appear immediately.
  4. If you receive a "Device Bind" or "Already logged in" error, contact your agent. They can unbind your account from the old device through the backend portal.

About the Orion Stars Player App

The Orion Stars player app is the game client — the software your players install on their phones or computers to play the games your store offers. It is completely separate from the backend management portal that operators use. Players only interact with this app; they have no access to the backend or any business data.

The app is not distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. It is distributed directly through the platform because it falls outside the publishing guidelines of those stores. This is expected and normal for this type of gaming software — it means installation requires one extra manual step depending on the device (allowing the app from outside the official store). All installation instructions on this page are written specifically for this off-store distribution method.

Once installed and logged in, the app contains the complete game library accessible through the player's account. Game balance, credits, and account data are stored server-side — uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not erase any account information. A player's balance is tied to their account credentials, not to any specific device.

Getting Your Player Login Credentials

The Orion Stars player app does not have self-registration. You cannot create a player account from within the app itself. Every player account must be created by an agent or store operator through the backend management portal.

If you are a player, your credentials — a Player ID and a password — come from the agent or store you play with. Contact your agent to get your Player ID and initial password before installing the app. Once you have those, install the app using the guide above for your device, then log in with the credentials your agent provided.

If you are a store operator and you need to provide the player download link to your customers, direct them to this page or share the download link directly. When they have installed the app, create their player account through your backend portal and provide them with their Player ID and initial password.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

"App Not Installed" Error (Android)

Usually caused by insufficient storage or a corrupted older version. Delete any existing Orion Stars apps, free up at least 500 MB of storage, and try the download again. Confirm that "install from unknown sources" is enabled for Chrome.

Need a Player Account?

The download link provides only the game app. Player accounts cannot be created from within the app. You must contact an agent or store to create your account and load credits before you can play.

App Shows Blank Screen After Login

Close the app completely and reopen it with an active internet connection. If the problem persists, uninstall the app and reinstall from the official download link above. Your account and balance are stored server-side and will not be lost.

Forgot Your Player ID or Password?

Contact the agent or store that created your account. There is no self-service password reset for player accounts. Your agent can look up your username and reset your password through the backend portal.
